Everyone is different.  It starts with you.  How committed are you to learning and implementing the core principles you will be learning?  Are you able to follow directions? How quickly will you grasp the principles? Someone that puts in the time and effort could get through everything in 90 days.  

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee.  Not because we are afraid to back up our claims.  The reason is that once you are in the program you have access to all of the tools and coaching videos.  There are unscrupulous individuals who want everything for nothing.  Take into account that for the last 7 years we have been educating that not one individual has asked for a refund. 

The Apprentice program is structured for new investors or beginners.  It is well rounded and will teach you the details you will need to start making money in real estate.  

The Creative Financing Academy can be a supplement to your business or a business in itself but it is a little more advanced.  As a beginner you can definitely take the Academy but you would be starting behind and would have to make up some ground.

This is an easy answer.  Of course you can do this.  We will give you the tools to be successful.  You need to put forth the effort and the time to make it a reality.  It may force you out of your comfort zone.  It may push you to do things you don't normally do.  It will force you to grow!  If you put forth the effort we will do everything we can to help you get what you want and deserve.
